Search should solve it as well. The easiest fix to apply is, if a key component is not mentioned in the package metadata, accurate additional metadata. Search also solves the case when two features are delivered in the same package, which package aliases don't simplify. There's a large package rename in progress, which was kept out of 2009.06, and some refactoring I'd really like to see happen before we get more aggressive about feature-oriented package renaming. But I'm sure a good discussion would be useful in any case. (The main renaming bug is http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=6186 Rich's current proposed names are in the bug attachments.) - Stephen -- [email protected] http://blogs.sun.com/sch/ _______________________________________________ pkg-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-discuss
