...the catalog is empty, and there are likely other problems as well.
Thanks Shawn. I was actually using http://ipkg.sfbay/dev, though called
it "osol". Though I was using http://osol-re earlier. I just renamed the
"ipkg.sgbay/dev" and tried again, and still got the same error. From the
browser http://ipkg.sfbay/dev looks good.
