Use pkg.summary for "pkg info" output

Tested by doing a "pkg info" on the modified SUNWiscsi package
installed on my system, which has now has a summary line, plus
a "pkg info" on a package which doesn't have a summary line.
Gratuitous newline added to make the output clearer.
