Shawn gave me some feedback and more help on this (thank you),
so here's a third webrev for bug #4134:

pkg operations should report operation sizes

Changes:
* Output is given for just "-v" rather than "-nv".
* Now prints out estimated transfer size and space required.
The new output for install and image-update (-nv because I
just wanted to do a dry-run) examples is:
