First of all, I must say that I am a newbie in OpenSolaris/Solaris. After installing OpenSolaris 2009.06 everything worked well except the Ethernet network card (attansic/L1), I installed the drivers from http://homepage2.nifty.com/mrym3/taiyodo/eng/ and everything worked well: I have network/internet but I can't download any package: neither console nor Package Manager, Always I get Timeout error. --- Some details about what happens, It's very strange:
-Updates works fine. -Some packages are starting to download and then stop, finally timeouterror, p.e. eclipse package (5,3 Mb / 179Mb) or openoffice (17,5Mb / 178Mb) -Some small packages are achieved to download and install correctly. (< 2Mb) It seems that the size of the package has something to do ... Someone has any idea why pkg doesn't work?
