Here we are, modifying it ourselves.

This is another change that could cause problems if a pkg update
just installed the new file rather than assembled the new /etc/services
file with the new data.

Since /etc/inet/services is an editable file, it will only be replaced
w/ the new version if the file is as delivered previously.  In the
future, we'll manage a merge - but at boot or pkg install time, not as
a feature in the packaging system.
