Hi all,
Not sure whether this issue has been reported yet. On my x86 system
with osol0906 installed, the total number of packages are 1706.
However there are quite a few SPARC pkgs exist from this list such as
the following:
How did you find this number? Did you install redistributable? On my
system, pkg list | wc -l gives 751.

Should the SPARC packages appear in x86 based system? '
Pkg should not have allowed you to install a sparc package on x86. If
this is the case, please file a bug with steps to reproduce.
The 'osnet' package also produced the following error during 'pkg
install':
Creating Plan /pkg: install failed (inventory exception):
No matching package could be found for the following FMRIs in any of
the catalogs for the current publishers:
pkg:/SUNWadmj
What does pkg publisher -a show? You need to have the extra repo added
as a publisher to install that package.

Ben
Thanks,
Brock
