Yes.
Though if this was a problem before, we should just be adding the depend
statement into the 00 version instead.
It wasn't a problem before because SUNWgnome-a11y-libs-python24
was a new package introduced into Nevada somewhere between
111 and 116, so I didn't think it appropriate to update the 00/common/...
file.
