Since we've integrated the new transport, a bunch of additional options
are now available through the framework. The current client isn't
making use of these options, but I was interested in getting some
feedback about the options people would find most useful.

Off the top of my head, we could set the following, on a per
RepositoryURI basis, if necessary:

- SSL cypers to use
- Proxy to use
- Proxy type (SOCKS, http, whatever)
- Type of SSL certificate (default is PEM, but other formats available)
- HTTP Authentication (not very secure -- seems low value)
- HTTP Proxy authentication (any customers require clients to
  authenticate to proxies?)
- Support for HTTP cookies. (Load balancers can use these for sessions
that require persistence, but we don't currently have any depot
  operations that need this)

If anyone has a deployment that depends upon the use of these kinds of
features, I'd be interested in hearing from you.
