Actually, per-license would be my preference. I've got a heirarchy for
"/var/pkg/license" written up on my board, and this new attribute, I think,
is the last piece needed to make it work.
Only one problem. What will you do with existing packages that don't
have this attribute, use the license attribute (description)?
Should the new 'class' attribute be optional or mandatory (during
publication only I'm assuming)?
