Sorry, I answered too quickly. I didn't notice that the newer builds
didn't reference $(CACHED_FILES_111a). So you may be right. Maybe
someone who really knows can answer now :-).

I believe they are only added as needed. They are cumulative, so only
additional cached files would be added to a build-specific entry.
Ah, okay. Lines 175-214 in the Makefile suggested they weren't.
