1) pkg publisher localhost
2) Check the 'Catalog Updated' date
3) pkg refresh localhost
4) Check the 'Catalog Updated' date, it should be different now
5) Change refresh_seconds in /var/pkg/cfg_cache as noted above and
attempt the image-update again.
The "Catalog Updated" date did not change even after changing the
refresh_seconds to 0. The repository was setup yesterday, so the
catalog must already have been refreshed in one of the zillions of
refreshes from yesterday and today. image-update yielded the same "No
updates available for this image" result.
