I'm behind, obviously, but reading this today left me with one question:
where will we store the SHA256 hash of each manifest in this proposal,
so that we can sign the catalog and have everything flow from there?
When we do signing, will each flavor of the catalog need signing? And
the updatelogs? How will that work?
