Please review this changeset for porting pkg(5) to AIX:

bug: 10042 Port pkg(5) to AIX
These changes are necessary to get the build to work on AIX and to run
the unit test cases. The only known problem with running pkg(5) on AIX
is that I'm seeing a seg. viol. in pkg.depotd when the catalog.shtml
page is accessed. I don't know yet where the problem is for this, but
since running the client is the priority, I'd like to get these basic
changes in first, and then file a separate bug for the pkg.depotd
problem if that is actually a problem in pkg(5).
With these changes, all of the API tests pass and the the CLI tests that
can be run as non-root pass on AIX (except as noted above). These
changes have been built and tested on OpenSolaris too.
