Please review this change for providing the "Show all versions" feature
in the pkg.depotd web UI for repositories that do not have the "entire"
package to define the list of branches. This change provides a "Show all
versions" checkbox which, if not checked, shows only the most recent
version of each package in the repository.

This looks fine. I initially thought it could be simplified a bit, but
looking closer at the layout, I see why it wasn't.
