Padraig, looks good, checked the code and ran the patch. I tested by
installing SUNWnethack on b118, whilst pointing repo to 122. Saw it
install and now has status of installed at ver 118, with update
available to ver122.

The fix is to check, for an installed package, whether a later version
exists in which case the package is marked as upgradable.
