This also solves a bug we saw in the usability in Poland, where
installing from a search and then browsing was dumping the search data
model in error.

Two problems are fixed in this webrev.
If a package is installed or removed after searching across all
publishers its status is not updated.
If a package is installed or removed using a package list resulting
from a search in one publisher or all publishers and one then returns
to the package list for the publisher to which the package belongs
its status in that list has not been updated.
