The webrev, http://cr.opensolaris.org/~padraig/ips-11163-v1/ , fixes 11163 Rework needed for details panel for Update Manager
This change makes the details panel for Update Manager display the same stuff as Package Manager. I have moved code from packagemanager.py to gui/modules/misc.py and call this caode in updatemanager.py to achieve this.
