Jim,
Currently we are reworking a lot of GUI dialogs, so most of the tests
will fail. We will update the test cases, once the GUI changes will be
frozen.
Now regarding ldtp package. A long time ago I have prepared webrev,
which is available at:
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~migi/include_ldtp_v4/
But it was not the one that Danek expected:

So for us it was enought because we had working ldtp package.
Now that you are interested in running those tests I have reworked the
patch, so hopefully Danek will be fine with it and we can integrate this
into the gate:
