Thunderbird isn't a GNOME application at last check. Also, "Applications/Internet" is the same classification used for SUNWthunderbird I believe.

That's true although I don't know why the GNOME part is there - it's
more Desktop/Localizations.

Longer term, it makes sense to me that the localizations go with the
package themselves but in the split-world we have today, does it make
sense to categorize them differently?
