Ric and I had a phone conversation about this-- this change is
essentially new feature development that the TX team is doing in
txzonemgr.
We agreed that as soon as ON stops delivering sysv packages and starts
delivering only IPS packages, the TX team will take responsibility for
buying back the divergent txzonemgr into the ON gate. Ric agreed to
file a bug to this effect.
Ric, you have my OK to go ahead once you let us know the bugid for the
buyback.
