Should the pkgrecv client allow for the pulling down of packages
from the repositories protected by SSL certificates or rather
should the pkgrecv client support the use of SSL certificates
on the command line ?
If I try the following occurs:
# pkgrecv -s https://pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/extra atok
Retrieving catalog 'https://pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/extra' ...
pkgrecv: Unable to download catalog from:
https://pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/extra
The client machine does have the 'extra' SSL certificates
installed.
pkg list -a 'pkg://extras/*' as does pkg info -r atok
works.
