You can do manually what it was trying to do for you:
svcadm restart rbac
but the installation of the package is otherwise complete. You may also
want to run "pkg rebuild-index" which will rebuild your local search
indices to include the new data introduced by wireshark, but you may not
care terribly.

I since tried to uninstall the same package, does the same logic apply (ie
do I have to re-install and then run the above)?
