So which packages would you under any of the */Localizations
classifications?
GNOME/Localizations would get localizations specific to the desktop
itself but not applications that run on the desktop, e.g. Thunderbird
and OpenOffice. Application localizations should go with the app. The
localizations are usually <app name>... so they are easily noticed by
the user when they see the app.
System/Localization gets the OS language support, which seems in order.
I think that covers */Localizations
