Padraig this is the case in the other error messages in this function. I
think in general Jyothi needs to review all the error messages we are
surfacing to see if they make sense in the GUI and if they need any
adjustments.

I'm happy with this, although with the GUI things are little more
difficult since they can't (as far as I know) create a new boot
environment in the manage dialog, and then select it as the one to
operate on.
