The webrev, http://cr.opensolaris.org/~padraig/ips-12295-v1/, fixes12295 Package Manager does not deal properly with getting descriptions if no connection
The webrev fixes the behavior of Package Manager when an exception is thrown because of the ability to retrieve package descriptions.
