Actually, it's not been in redist_cluster but rather slim_cluster.
However it doesn't need to be in the latter so I'll instead move the
"include" into redist_cluster.
There was a time when redist_cluster didn't include slim_cluster
but duplicated everything. I was thinking of then.

I believe we still need to work through some issues with Bart given
they're part of "entire" so I would prefer to do these as a follow-on.
Sorry but while we definitely want to clean these up, it doesn't seem a
requirement for build 127.
It would be nice to still try to get them done for build #127 after talking
to Bart tomorrow. I've no problem adding these changes into the bug #5779
webrev.
