Argh. I forgot to pull in the SAT wad, and there were a few merge issues.

In particular, the "actuators" attribute of the imageplan is no longer a
public attribute, so I added a add_actuator() method that the driver action
could use. There's a bit of a framework there that isn't completely used,
but we can always add/remove/redesign later if there are other bits that
want to use something like this.
