New webrev which addresses Shawn's issues and a few Michal raised, namely:
- With A11Y enabled, after search and selecting a Category the list is
not displayed.
- Changing a package status in the Category by installing or removing is
not reflected in the Recent Searches.

This does not appear to clear the search results if a refresh()
occurs, or if a change is made in add publishers, and should.
