We're building/delivering SUNWrtls for sparc in on_ips, and it should
be there from September, per

6599717 rtls should support suspend/resume
I'm guessing that maybe there was a missing pkgrti back then? But
that doesn't sound right, because it's clearly in the Nevada integrate
dock. ?
