I'm handling file renames only in this changeset; if this has been a
problem for directory renames, I can add that. Otherwise, it's probably
only directory salvage that might run into that. The underlying copy
method also reads everything into memory and writes it out again. If
anyone thinks that's likely to be a problem, I'm happy to write a safer
copyfile routine.

LGTM
I think that even if a safer copy is needed, the people that fail under
that condition would have failed anyway, so I'm a fan of getting this
back first.
