Looks like the wrong files were submitted in cset 1575:11241d256fe5.
They are not the ones referred to in:

The following is a followup webrev which contains the appropriate html
and images. The startpage_ignite.png can be used for the stub image, the
startpage_learn.png is used by other locale startpage.html files and
should not be changed until we decide how and when this new Start Page
will be localized.

Michal will be landing another webrev with a functional Start Page in
the next day or so.
