Hi - this is a webrev for the new Start Page with working links.

11253 Update PM Start Page with Source Jucr stats
Its pointing to various p5i files from contrib and release. There are a
few issues which will need to be dealt with separately from this webrev:
- 13409 Contrib p5i generated install files have publisher set as
contrib.opensolaris.org it should be contrib
- 13408 Refresh after installing by clicking on a p5i link in the Start
Page PM status is not updated, but it should be, it is not. User has to
restart the application.
- Some of these p5i files are not working due to missing dependencies.
These will be updated to ones that are before this is landed. fntsample
works fine for me.
