The pwgen package has been updated in jucr's
/pending IPS repository:
http://jucr.opensolaris.org/pending
It should be moved to /contrib in the next round
of /pending -> /contrib updates.
If you want to use it now, you can pull it from the
/pending above.

The work-around is to uninstall the packages from /contrib and then
redo the image-update. See the bug for more information in identifying
the problematic packages.

If I reinstall the package afterwards will I hit this again when 130
arrives?
