Actually, the properties are changing and they're technically part of
the interface. So yes, the API version needs bumping everywhere.
That means that doc/client_api_versions.txt also needs updating.
Ok. I've respun it at the same location. Please take a look.
Testing is running, but looks fine so far.
This applies cleanly to gate tip for me and appears to work as expected
when a CatalogRefreshException is raised.
