Do you have any specific examples? I'm not aware of any packages that
currently have must-accept or must-display attributes for their
license actions, nor can I seem to find any.
Sorry, this was an error on my part. I had assumed, incorrectly, that if
a license was returned in get_licenses() call then must-display or
must-accept was true.
