Attempting to update my snv_127 system produces an unusual error:

$ pfexec pkg image-update
Creating Plan \pkg: Cannot remove 'pkg://opensolaris.org/[email protected],5.11-0.127:20091111T055042Z' due to the following packages that depend on it:

pkg://opensolaris.org/[email protected],5.11-0.127:20091111T055202Z

Questions:

1. Is this a known problem? With a known workaround, I hope?

2. What pkg command will show package dependencies (e.g. to look for a circular dependency between these two packages)?

Please reply directly to me; I'm not subscribed to pkg-discuss.

Thanks,
Scott
