Bugs:
13059 pkgdep generate should analyze python modules using the version of
python they use
13835 api_inst no longer needed by find_package
13843 ModuleInfo __str__ should work
13838 make_paths in dependencies.py needs to cope with rp's which are a
string, instead of a list
This makes pkgdep produce version appropriate python dependencies and
cleans up a few other issues.
