Hi - this is a fix for truncation of the notification icon that gets
turned on when an error is logged. To test on startup just add the
following to __add_pkgs_to_lists_from_api().
logger.error("Test error msg")
gui_misc.notify_log_error(self)
Tested in high contrast theme and works fine.
