Ok, that cleared up the whole mess. Doing:
# pkg set-publisher -g http://jucr.opensolaris.org/pending
pending.opensolaris.org
# pkg unset-publisher Opensolaris-Pending

Where Opensolaris-Pending was the old repository.
One more thing. Since I removed the old pending repository and added
the new pending repository, now when I check for installed software (in
GUI) it shows nothing. How do I remove the 4 orphaned packages from the
previous old pending repository.
