Fixes the problem:

The problem occurs only when the web page can not be launched from the
Package Manager. This can be caused for example when there is not
enought resources to start firefox process. If this happens user should
be informed about it. This webrev fixes the problem when the user was
not informed, instead unexpected error occured.
