I'd rather pkgdep didn't turn into pkgaudit. If we need pkgaudit, let's
make one. Right now, pkgdep doesn't use the elfarch tag, if/when it
does, then it can adopt whatever rules we've decided to apply elsewhere.
Other than that, I have no objections.
