The webrev, http://cr.opensolaris.org/~padraig/ips-14233-v1/, fixes 14233 Modify Publisher dialog is too wide
The problem was that we were calculating the number of bytes in a Unicode string and not the number of characters. The webrev fixes the problem. It also fixes a similar problem with calculating string length in the info tab.
