The following webrev contains fixes for the following issue:
14250 client api should prefer pkg.description for description,
pkg.summary for summary

This should fix it so that the summary field (originally known as
"description") is always set for the summary attribute, and that
pkg.description field is the only one ever used for description for
client API PackageInfo objects.
As far as I can untangle the original bugs (9743 and 4395) this is the
correct behaviour. Before, it would have been possible that a
description showed up in the summary property of a PackageInfo object, etc.
I'm particularly interested in Danek or Rich's comments as they were
involved in the original field transition.
