I've added a new flag to bugzilla, backport-2009.06. Right now, it's
enabled only for bugs in the pkg product, but I'll make it available to all
products if this appears to go over well here.

For those of you not familiar with flags ...

Now, when editing a bug, you'll see a drop-down to the right side of the
page under the heading "Flags". You can set backport-2009.06 to "?", which
means that you're requesting someone to look at the flag and either approve
or deny the request (in this case, whether the bug should be backported to
2009.06).

That request gets sent to me and David currently, but eventually will
either go to a list or not be sent at all. Members of the group
"opensolaris-team" can grant or deny the request -- again, me or David at
the moment.

You can search for the flag with a simple "backport-2009.06", or go to the
Advanced Search tab and using boolean charts down at the bottom, select
"Flag" and "contains the string" and "backport-2009.06".

You can search for pending requests by appending "?" to the flag name,
those which have been granted by appending a "+", and those which have been
denied by appending a "-".

Note that many if not most backportable bugs will be in the RESOLVED state,
so you'll have to prepend a simple search with "ALL", or explictly allow
all states in an advanced search.
