I spoke with Bart and Danek on this.
New webrev at:
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~richb/pkg-15009-v2/
Two changes:
1/ I've added in the "add depend ..." lines for the
developer/clustertools and developer/sunstudio
They weren't essential, but it's nice to have them there,
because it now means that those new and the old package names
are chained, and if nothing depends on the old package name
any more, it'll be deleted.
2/ When you republish a package that has been renamed, you need to
increment the version number. For these old renamed unbundled
packages, I've incremented the branch portion of the version number.
All the fmri=XXX portions of the "add depend ..." lines in the new
renamed unbundled packages have been adjusted to specify that new
version number.
I'm in the process of republished everything to the internal repository at:
http://stard.sfbay:15009
Thanks.

Shouldn't "clustertools_8.2.1" have an optional dependency on
"clustertools", too? I think we don't need for
"developer/clustertools-821" to have a dependency on "clustertools",
though.
I'm going to ask Bart to answer this.
Shouldn't "developer/sunstudio" have an optional dependency on "sunstudio",
too?
If the answer is yes above, then I think it should be yes here too.
Why does "developer/sunstudio12u1" already have an optional
dependency on "developer/sunstudioexpress"?
It was already there and I presume was correctly done by Bart
for therename from sunstudioexpress to sunstudio12ui.
