So the message is a little confusing here, but the problem is likely
that you're on B134, which is not yet available from
pkg.opensolaris.org/dev, only internally.
You need to:
pkg set-publisher -O http://... opensolaris.org
It's difficult for the package system to explain the problem to you in
this case because it doesn't know that a b134 version of the package it
needs exists (even though a package is depending on it) since you aren't
connected to the right repository.
