Sadly, due to bug 3822, both. For now, unless there's something on your
system which requires the WOS-provided libid3, then you're best off
removing the id3lib package and reinstalling (or "pkg fix"ing) MBLid3lib,
which contains the version of the library MBLeasytag expects.
