It doesn't work on all of my hosts. It's not related to the bad client
configuration unless
for b134 we need to use something other than "-m".

opensolaris.org          (preferred)  origin   online
http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/
opensolaris.org          (preferred)  mirror   online   http://my-mirror/

Keep in mind that that works for all build before b134.
PKG client is connecting to the mirror, but it downloads files from
pkg.opensolaris.org/dev.

Command for mirror IPS /dev repo is:
/usr/bin/rsync -a pkg.opensolaris.org::osol_dev_files /my_mirror
