Looks fine to me.
Unfortunately, I discovered my one of my tests was not as I intended
(though my fix wasn't wrong), and I had failed to add a the test for
generate for the DirectoryBundle case.
In addition, someone discovered bug 15235 tonight, so I've fixed that as
well since it's related:
15235 DirectoryBundle emits bad relative paths for nested hardlinks
